Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers clean and well-appointed rooms with a nice view of the outdoor patio area, little pond out back overlooking the lake, and swimming pool, making it a comfortable place to sleep. The staff is extremely friendly and goes out of their way to please, with excellent service ranging from the front desk to the beach assistance. The location is ideal, being in North Naples just across from the Mercato shopping and entertainment complex, providing easy access to the beach and various stores and restaurants. The dining experience, while having some limited options, includes bonuses like typical local bread. The hotel facilities are well-maintained and offer convenience for guests.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic with a great lake view and spacious accommodations. The view on the parking was a small downside, but overall it was awesome. However, for several soccer teams ages 10 to 15 years old, it seemed like a 5-day nightmare.
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's great location near the new shopping and entertainment complex and a short distance from Vanderbilt Beach. The rooms were lovely with a charming mix of dark wooden furniture against white walls, though a bit tight on space. The staff, especially from Sarasota and Arkansas, were incredibly helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The dining options were simple but sufficient to start the day right. The pool and hot tub area, though small, offered a peaceful retreat. The only drawback was the additional measures impacting some services, but overall, the hotel was central to all the downtown Naples activities.
The hotel offers a tranquil escape with rooms overlooking a serene pond and a lovely lake. The rooms are exceptionally comfortable, spotlessly clean, and a welcoming retreat after a busy day of sightseeing. However, the dining experience could be improved with more savory options. The location is convenient, near a new shopping and entertainment complex, but could benefit from additional covered areas. The service is friendly and helpful, offering a range of amenities, though the initial pool incident was a bit disruptive. Overall, a comfortable stay with minor room for improvement.
Staying on the first floor as recommended by the front desk was a delight, with a beautiful king room featuring a balcony overlooking the pool, garden, and lake. The modern decor and clean bathroom added to the lovely ambiance, complemented by views of a pond with a fountain. While the room was excellent, there was a missed opportunity to have more savory options at breakfast. The service, especially from Jeff, was top-notch, ensuring a pleasant and accommodating stay. The location, just off the main road into Naples town and close to Vanderbilt Beach, was ideal for exploring the area. Although the dining experience was average with room for improvement, the hotel's sushi was certainly a highlight. The facilities were well-kept and added to the overall comfort of the stay.
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were pleasant with a beautiful view of the lake and grounds, although they seemed a bit old and had an awful smell. The service was exceptional, especially accommodating for families with babies. The location was vibrant and convenient, attracting a mix of international guests. The dining experience was delightful with live music and delicious treats. Overall, a lovely experience with some room for improvement.
I had such a great time at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, super clean, and elegant, making my stay really enjoyable. The service was top-notch, with everyone being so welcoming and friendly, especially Robert, the front of house Manager. The location was nice and convenient, with easy access to towels and plenty of relaxing spots. The dining experience was good, with a nice breakfast selection, although it could be improved with more homemade dishes. Overall, a wonderful stay with just a few minor drawbacks.
